Our mission is to sweep this nation using the "X" generation in a rage for God. We are a team of young men, run by young men, for young men who have a ferocious hunger for the living God. Sweeping the White Mountains, we are moving by the grace and will of God. Team Berea is a team, constantly welcoming any who are willing to fight. Are you ready, or not?
Team Berea is an intense discipleship program for young
men who are passionate about seeking hard after the heart of God.
The Team Berea meetings are designed to cultivate young men to be
the future Leaders and Husbands in the Body of Christ. During the
meetings we face our fears, learn not to base decisions on emotions,
but on truth, deny our flesh and evangelize effectively. We are
devoted to seeing God’s glory to be known in our area. We highly
encourage the teens to get involved with there personal church.
These events are packed with none stop action.
The Discipleship Program consists of a rigorist growth plan. Going through the program you are required to carry your Bible wherever you go, meet with a Battle Buddy (accountability partner) weekly and have a Vital Encounter (quite time) daily. The growth plan also consists of a personal exercise program. The structure of this growth plan is kept in tight record in a growth folder called “WARRIORS ROAD” where a Core Servant (Mentor) will monitor it. Each young man will be assigned to a squad of 4-6 young men where you will be directly discipled under a Core Servant. The squad will provide you with a support group you can rely on to help you stand firm in today’s society.
Ministry Placements gives you the ability to have some hands on practical experience while developing your leadership skills in the following. Logistical, Sound, Lighting, Worship Slides, Cook, Recreation, Fundraising, Equipment, Drama, and what ever it takes to make the weekend a success. Even though we have heads of each Ministry placement everyone is required to pitch in and help. The Ministry Placements also provide excellent skills to use in there personal Church body.
