Going through high school Jarret felt alone in his walk with Christ. It was very hard for him to stay focused and dedicated to God due to the lack of mentorship and Christian friendships. In      2005 Jarret went to a one year Christian Internship at the Honor Academy in Garden Valley Texas. It was there that he served in grounds and maintenance for the first half of the year. For the second half of the year he served in the Auditorium. Jarret’s experience at Teen Mania’s Honor Academy was unforgettable for him. He learned what it meant to walk with God. It was there that Jarret realized what had been missing in his walk with Christ. He was lacking a Silas and Paul mentorship and a Paul and Timothy relationship. As a Christian you need examples and people investing in you, and you must also return it to invest in someone else. Through a year of prayer and contemplating Jarret knew he must spend his life playing a vital part in the lives of youth. Jarret’s heart is to see a young group of Men passionately seeking hard after God.  Also to develop the future leaders and husbands throughout the White Mountains and beyond. Uniting the body of Christ, making it successful in reaching lost souls locally and the entire World. The Honor Academy helped fuel Jarret’s passion for the living God and the things of God.

Aaron was born and lived in Phoenix, AZ for 14 years.
While living in Phoenix he was involved in a deaf ministry at
the Cornerstone Baptist Church. Attending a Deaf Bible Camp,
established by the Bill Rice Ranch Ministries, in July 1995
Aaron accepted the Lord as his savior. In 1996 he moved to
Snowflake and graduated from Snowflake High School in 2001.
Aaron went to Rochester Institute of Technology/National Technical Institute for the Deaf in New York in the year 2003. It was during this time that Aaron was not sure about what he wanted to do with his life.  Eventually after some learning curves, prayer, and guidance, Aaron felt a great passion towards helping people and enrolled in to the Social Work program. In May 2007 he received his Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Criminal Justice.  Despite his deafness, he has overcome many obstacles and is thankful to have the Lord in his life. Recently, Aaron, through the Distance Education Extension Program (DEEP) provided by the Master’s College, has completed a Biblical Counseling Course and is currently taking other Biblical counseling classes with a focus on Teens.
Since being a part of Team Berean Ministries his walk with the Lord has grown substantially, becoming more structured and continues to grow daily.  Aaron is very passionate in helping others with their needs and being there for support. Aaron feels that it is important for the youth to know that there is always someone there for support and guidance; and they are never alone in their struggles. Aaron wants to see this young generation change for God and reach out to the youth of this generation in the White Mountains, across the U.S. and around the World.

Dustin Starks was born in Visalia California and moved to                                                 Snowflake at the age of eleven. Dustin began his worship career in                                             October of 2007 at a Team Berea event. He immediately showed                                                great potential. The first time Dustin lead worship you could literally                                              feel his heart for God. Dustin’s passion for connecting with God will
be  one thing that will set him apart from many worship leaders. Within                                       a year’s time Dustin’s talent grew greatly. He amazed all the people in his circle. Dustin’s latest achievement is his worship songs he has been writing. Dustin’s songs are filled with deep passion giving God all the glory and the quality of his songs are next to none. Most of Dustin’s inspirations has come from Hillsong, Desperation Band, New Life Worship, Jeremy Camp and Chris Tomlin.
As Dustin has developed spiritually he has gained a heart in seeing the White Mountains grow closer to God through worship. He feels called to the White Mountains and reaching his generation for Christ. His latest  inspiration is writing a book on worship. Dustin is currently a worship leader for the Linden Campus of Life Church. It will be amazing to see how God will move through Dustin in years to come.

Needless to say, you can love people without leading them, but you cannot lead people without loving them. [John Maxwell]
